Job summary

MGM Resorts International is seeking a Master Cook at Excalibur in Las Vegas. You will work under top culinary leadership to craft bold, high-quality dishes with precision and creativity, delivering an unforgettable dining experience. The role requires 1+ year of cook experience and culinary training is preferred.

Starting rate is $27.00 per hour. Duties include preparing, cooking, presenting, and maintaining food safety, with shifts including weekends and holidays.

THE STARTING RATE:

$27.003 Hourly

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Prepare, cook, and present food to Chef standards with proper recipes, portions, and garnishes
• Set up and operate assigned workstation, ensuring quality and consistency before serving
• Maintain food safety and sanitation by following health standards and proper storage procedures
• Support closing duties and delegate tasks as directed by the Chef team

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 18+ years of age or older
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• 1+ years of prior relevant experience as a Cook
