Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Master Certified Service Technician to diagnose, service, and repair vehicles in accordance with industry and company standards. This role includes performing pre-delivery inspections on new vehicles and ensuring a high standard of workmanship to maintain customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose vehicle issues using experience, analysis, and testing equipment.
• Perform routine and complex repairs and service inspections independently.
• Maintain current training and certifications relevant to automotive service.
• Keep vehicles clean during and after servicing or repairs.
• Complete accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory and company standards.
• Support shop operations including inventory management, safety adherence, and maintaining shop appearance.
• Adhere to all shop policies, safety protocols, and environmental guidelines.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and educational programs as required.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support team success.
