Qualifications

• Experience in residential or commercial carpentry preferred.
• Knowledge of framing, siding, trim work, and general carpentry practices.
• Log and timber work, scribing, coping, or timber framing is a plus, but not required.
• Basic understanding of construction drawings and ability to interpret plans in the field.
• Experience with roof and wall framing.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in craftsmanship.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
• Ownership of standard hand and power tools required.

Responsibilities

• Perform wall, floor, and roof framing
• Install siding, doors, windows, and trim
• Assist with structural and finish carpentry tasks
• Execute work according to project plans, specifications, and quality standards
• Support log and timber work, timber framing, scribing, and coping when applicable
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsite conditions
