Job summary

Diversified Construction & Design is seeking a Master Carpenter to join our Architectural team in Arkansas. You will lead carpentry crews, read blueprints, and ensure work meets plans and code while coordinating with clients and suppliers.

You will design, fabricate, and install cabinets, frames, and built-ins, supervise teammates, and uphold safety standards on every project. A strong command of carpentry methods and materials is required.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques, materials, and methods.
• Proven experience directing and instructing coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Add fixtures and fittings such as door handles, locks, hinges, and closures.
• Select lumber and calculate material and fastener needs.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and other construction professionals.
• Read blueprints, drawings, and technical documents to ensure all work meets specifications and code requirements.
• Mentor and supervise less experienced carpenters, inspecting work to ensure quality craftsmanship.
