Reporting to theDirector of Business Process Optimization, Program Management, the Master Blackbelt – Continuous Improvement will play a critical role in analyzing data to drive strategic decisions, optimize processes, and support innovation across our diverse product lines. Your expertise will help us maintain our leadership in power solutions while advancing sustainable and renewable energy initiatives. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent facilitation skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Your contributions will be highly visible and the expectation is continued value returned back to the business.

• Data fluency with intermediate statistical capability (Minitab, JMP)
• Experience owning lean transformations from discovery to sustaining
