Responsibilities

• Contribute to the effective movement of client repairs while maintaining quality and turnaround times.
• Maintain and account for gold stock, findings, and loose stones with proper paperwork.
• Maintain inventory levels for supplies without excess.
• Maximize financial recovery of precious metals by following asset recovery procedures.
• Adhere to safety procedures to reduce the risk of accidents.
• Assist in training store associates on repair policies and procedures.
