Job summary

Precision Tune Auto Care of North Carolina is seeking an experienced Master Automotive Technician to lead our shop and deliver exceptional customer service. The role requires diagnosing and repairing a broad range of systems, mentoring teammates, and maintaining high quality and safety standards.

With 5+ years of experience and ASE accreditations preferred, you will manage a flexible schedule Mon-Sat, contribute to a positive work environment, and help keep customers on the road with reliable

Qualifications

5+ years of advanced automotive repair experience.
Strong leadership and customer service skills.
Ability to mentor teammates and lead by example.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair drivability, brakes, suspension, engines, electrical, A/C, and computer systems.
Perform tasks across all technician levels and assist teammates with complex repairs.
Educate customers on vehicle issues and recommended solutions.
Lead by example, mentor the team, and drive productivity and quality.
Keep the shop organized, safe, and running smoothly.
