Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as automotive technician
• Master ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve
• Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles
• Meet or exceed hourly goals
• Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
• Professional appearance and strong communication
• A desire for long-term career development

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and fix vehicles for our guests
• Continuously build experience across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
• Complete full, accurate courtesy vehicle inspections
• Work with the service department to communicate concerns
• Collaborate with other technicians to troubleshoot problems and meet deadlines
• Maintain high safety, cleanliness, and organization standards
