Job summary

Ed Napleton Automotive Group in Carmel, Indiana is seeking a Master Technician to diagnose and repair vehicles to factory standards. The role focuses on building customer trust through accurate diagnostics and repairs while contributing to a high-volume, fast-paced service environment.

The position offers a pay range of $75,000-$130,000 with incentive-based pay, plus benefits and opportunities for growth within a large dealership group.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Master Level Technician.
• ASE and/or Manufacturer certifications are a plus.
• Ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is process-driven.
• Must be 18+ years of age to comply with driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Explain technical diagnosis and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals including customers.
• Continuously update technical skills in formal training sessions to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology.
• Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintain an organized and neat service bay.
