Qualifications

• 5–7+ years experience as automotive technician/mechanic.
• Able to diagnose and repair all makes/models.
• Electrical and drivability diagnostics expertise.
• Positive guest service orientation.
• Ability to drive manual transmissions.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and fix vehicles for guests.
• Build experience across domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Complete full, accurate courtesy inspections.
• Collaborate with service department to address concerns.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization standards.
• Work with technicians to solve problems and meet deadlines.
