Job summary

Hertz-1 is seeking a Mechanic A to maintain and repair our fleet, focusing on diagnostics, preventative maintenance, and complex repairs such as engine and transmission overhauls. You will play a leadership role with strong product knowledge and a commitment to quality.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of vehicle maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and ASE certification. Trade school is preferred, and you must own the tools needed for repairs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Trade school is preferred.
• ASE Certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of vehicle maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Keep all equipment running through preventative maintenance program.
• Diagnose and repair vehicles, including complex work such as engine and transmission overhauls.
• Lead the maintenance team with product knowledge and a standard of quality.
