Job summary

Ciocca Ford of York is seeking a energetic Master Technician to join our growing, dynamic team. In this full-time role, you’ll test-drive and diagnose vehicles, repair systems, and contribute to a collaborative, customer-focused shop environment.

We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus, air-conditioned shops, PTO, 401(k) with company matching, paid training and tuition reimbursement. Earn $100K-$150K annually with a $40-$46 hourly rate and opportunities for advancement within Ciocca Automotive Family.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Master Service Technician experience required.
• PA Emissions and Inspection Licenses.
• ASE Certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills and diagnostic equipment operation.
• Valid driver's license and clean record.

Responsibilities

• Test-drive vehicles and test components using diagnostic tools.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine and electrical.
• Provide time estimates for additional repairs.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specs.
