Job summary
CarGuys Inc. is seeking automotive technicians at all levels to connect with top-paying dealerships and repair facilities across the U.S. and Canada.
The role offers up to $150,000+ per year with signing bonuses and performance-based incentives and features modern shops with advanced diagnostic tools. We provide paid training including EV and diagnostic training, ASE certification support, and clear paths to Master Technician and Shop Foreman roles.
Qualifications
- Experience as automotive technician, auto mechanic, service technician, or auto tech.
- All experience levels considered, including entry-level and master technicians.
- Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills.
- Personal tools required.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform automotive repair and maintenance on engines, brakes, suspension, and drivability systems.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic equipment.
- Complete repairs to manufacturer specifications.
- Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
- Handle warranty repairs, recall repairs, and dealership service work.
- Maintain high-quality standards as an automotive technician or service technician.
