Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years experience as automotive technician.
• Automotive tech training as required by store needs.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Valid in-state driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair and maintenance according to repair orders with efficiency and accuracy.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs as authorized by the customer.
• Conduct multi-point inspections and recommend safety and reliability improvements.
• Document work on repair orders.
• Maintain tools inventory of non-regularly inventoried items.
• Stay updated with factory bulletins and attend training classes.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
