The Hertrich Family of Dealerships is seeking Ford Master Certified Auto Repair Technicians / Service Technicians / Automotive Mechanics to join our busy Maryland service centers on the Eastern Shore area. Earn $100K+ with a strong incentive structure and a no-Sundays schedule.

Qualifications

ASE Master Certification is required.
Strong diagnostic and repair expertise.
Full set of professional tools required.
Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
Valid driver's license with limited to no points.
High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair complex automotive systems including electrical, engine, transmission, suspension, brakes, and emissions.
Use advanced diagnostic tools and evolving technologies.
Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Work efficiently in a professional, team-oriented environment.
