Job summary

Life Time is seeking a massage therapist to deliver services that complement fitness programs and enhance guest experiences. The therapist builds relationships with other departments, educates on massage benefits, designs sessions around guest needs, and suggests recurring massage schedules within a professional Life Time team environment.

The position requires a Massage Therapy License and a High School Diploma or GED; the ability to perform all massage services; stand and lift up to 50 pounds;

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Massage Therapy License required.
• Ability to perform all massage services and treatments.
• Ability to calculate figures (discounts, commissions, proportions).
• Knowledge of basic PC operating.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greets and services members in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provides individualized massage therapy services and treatments.
• Initiates, develops and maintains personalized relationships with clients.
• Educates clients on LifeTime products, services and treatments.
• Maintains Life Time appearance and cleanliness.
• Serves as an expert in muscle and body analysis and maintenance regimens.
• Promotes and sells massage therapy services and encourages repeat business.
• Stays current on certifications and new trends in the industry.
