Wynn Resorts in Everett, MA is searching for a Therapist for The Encore Boston Harbor Spa. The position involves delivering massage services following Encore Service Standards and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Applicants should have at least 2 years of experience in a luxury spa or resort environment, a high school diploma, and excellent customer service skills.
Additionally, the role requires food and washing confidentiality adherence and cleanliness upkeep throughout the spa. Regular ongoing education and knowledge of industry standards are expected from all candidates.
will be responsible for ongoing coordination within the Spa Department. Responsible for providing all massage services to every guest according to Encore Service Standards in the spa facility or any other venues on the Encore Resort property where massage services are offered. This includes, but is not limited to: maintaining processes, scheduling, and supporting department team members and maximizing opportunities for departmental success; maintaining all Encore Standards; and ensuring excellent guest and team member experience.
18 years of age or above.
Will be required to obtain and maintain registration or a license issued by the Massachusetts Gaming Commission.
Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required.
High school or equivalent degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years massage therapy and customer service experience in a demanding high-volume luxury spa or resort environment.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy and procedure manuals, maintenance instructions, and other related documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries from other employees or guests. Conversational English required, second language a plus. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations.
Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.

Hourly Pay: $10.66-$10.66
In addition to the hourly rate, this position receives 20 % commission from the cost of Spa & Salon services provided.
