Job summary

StretchLab Venice is hiring certified fitness and wellness professionals to join our team of Flexologists as part-time, Certified Stretch Therapists. The role offers a flexible schedule, paid training, and opportunities to work with clients seeking improved mobility and quality of life.

You will conduct personalized stretch sessions, educate clients on mobility techniques, and contribute to a positive studio atmosphere while supporting memberships.

Qualifications

• Certification in NASM, ACE, massage therapy, yoga, or related field.
• Experience in fitness or wellness instruction is a plus.
• Reliable, punctual and team‑oriented.

Responsibilities

• Move clients into pain-free movement with 1-on-1 assisted stretches.
• Customize sessions based on client needs and goals.
• Educate clients on mobility techniques and daily tips.

Flexologist (Stretch Therapist)

$26/hr with clients | $17/hr non client hours | $10–$20 avg tips per session

StretchLab is hiring certified fitness and wellness professionals to join our team of Flexologists —leaders in one-on-one assisted stretching. Whether you’re in PT School, a Kinesthesiology major, a personal trainer, a massage therapist, a yoga instructor, a dancer, or a physical therapy aide , this is an exciting opportunity to expand your skill set and help clients improve mobility and quality of life.

What You’ll Do: Change Lives Every Day

• Move people out of pain into freedom of movement
• Provide 1-on-1 assisted stretch sessions
• Customize sessions based on client needs
• Educate clients on mobility techniques and daily tips
• Help build a positive studio vibe and encourage memberships

Pay & Perks

• $26/hr when working with clients
• $17/hr for non-client time
• $10–$20 in tips per session (on average)

Requirements

• Certification or degree in a related field (NASM, ACE, massage therapy, yoga, etc.)
• Former collegiate/pro athletes with anatomy experience also considered
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Strong communication and people skills
• Empathy, energy, and a passion for helping others

Availability

Flexible part-time schedule. Shifts are typically 5 hours, with some weekend availability required.

Compensation: $26.00 per hour

Flexologist training programOur proprietary Flexologist Training Program is the only accredited assisted stretching program. The Institute for Credentialing Excellence, the leading international membership organization representing the credentialing community has officially recognized StretchLab's FTP program. During their required 60-70+ hours of theory and hands-on training, our Flexologists learn the muscular system, a variety of assisted stretches and exactly how to work with a variety of clients from professional athletes, weekend warriors, those recovering from an injury and clients of all ages and body types.
