Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Massage Therapist for Sunseeker Resorts Florida Gulf Coast, Curio collection. This role delivers personalized massage and body treatments to guests, ensuring a restorative spa experience aligned with Sunseeker standards.

Requires 500+ hours massage school, current licensure, and 2–5 years hands-on experience in luxury resort or day spa settings. On-call events and shifts may apply; E-Verify and background checks are used.

Qualifications

• Combination of Education and Experience will be considered.
• Minimum of two (2) – five (5) years hands‑on experience in spa settings.
• Current Florida, NCBTMB or MBLEx massage licensure.
• Criminal background checks and US work authorization required.

What you will have an opportunity to do:

The Massage Therapist is responsible for providing professional, personalized massage and body treatments that deliver an exceptional and restorative experience for each guest. while ensuring a comfortable and relaxing spa experience. All duties are to be performed in accordance with Sunseeker Resorts, state, departmental and property policies, practices, and procedures. Position available for on‑call special events and/or routinely scheduled shifts.

JOB DUTIES:

• Provide guests with a luxurious, safe, and relaxing spa experience that aligns with Sunseeker’s elevated standards of service.
• Perform a variety of massage and body treatment techniques offered in the spa menu, tailoring each service to meet individual guest needs and preferences.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of current massage modalities, techniques, and trends, incorporating best practices into each treatment.
• Escort guests to treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and spa facilities while ensuring comfort and privacy.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of all treatment areas, ensuring all equipment and supplies meet hygiene and safety requirements.
• Report any maintenance, equipment, or safety concerns to Spa Management promptly.
• Complete all services within the allotted time while maintaining professionalism and exceptional guest care.
• Support spa operations by assisting with laundry, restocking supplies, and maintaining an inviting environment throughout the spa.
• Uphold all resort and departmental grooming, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Attend required trainings, meetings, and continuing education sessions to maintain licensure and enhance skill set.
• Perform additional duties as assigned

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Combination of Education and Experience will be considered. Sunseeker Resorts performs criminal background checks on all candidates. Candidates will need to be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986.
