Spavia Old Alabama Square is hiring part-time and full-time Licensed Massage Therapists.

Avg pay per 60‑min massage: $57–$63 (includes gratuity). Advanced services: Up to $108 for 80–100 min treatments. Steady schedule with loyal guests & members. W‑2 position – We handle marketing, and supplies so you can focus on massage.

Spavia offers therapists consistent bookings and strong income potential. Most services are advanced or extended treatments, meaning higher pay and better gratuities.

Transparent Pay Structure - based on experience

• Signature/Relaxation Massage – 60 min: $57–$63
• Advanced Deep Tissue/Sports/Salt Stone – 60 min: $66–$73
• Extended Modalities – 80–100 min: $87–$108

• Most guests choose advanced/extended treatments.
• Average therapist gratuity included.
• Experienced therapists at 30 hrs/week (80% scheduled) earn $75K+ annually.
• Extra pay from enhancements, retail sales & bonuses.

Schedule & Benefits
