Qualifications

• Current TX state license to perform massage therapy.
• Active liability insurance for massage therapy is required.
• Pass background checks.
• Capable of performing full-body 50-minute massage services.
• Excellent guest communication and a passion for wellness.

Responsibilities

• Customize massage experiences for each guest.
• Perform service enhancements using Hot Stones, Cupping, CBD, Gua Sha, and Aromatherapy.
• Promote the therapeutic and wellness benefits of massage therapy.
• Foster meaningful connections that empower guests on their wellness paths.
• Help guests feel restored, balanced, and elevated – every time they visit.
• Accelerated growth opportunity with the ability to step into a Massage Therapy Trainer position.
