Job summary

Well Balanced Body in Folsom, CA, is seeking qualified massage professionals to join our high-end integrative wellness center. This role supports relief, restoration, and resilience through evidence-based practices and compassionate care.

You will provide high-quality massage therapy, document thoroughly in our electronic health records, and educate patients on enhancements within our wellness center while collaborating with a dedicated team to improve the patient experience and outcomes.

Qualifications

• This role requires qualification in one or more massage modalities.
• Experience with anatomy of muscles is preferred.
• Clinical practice experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality massage care.
• Support patients along structured care plans (Relief Restore Resilience).
• Document thoroughly and efficiently in EHR.
• Participate in team case reviews and patient experience improvements.
• Educate patients on enhancements within our wellness center and referrals to services.
• Meet & exceed Key Performance Indicators for the role.
• Contribute to a warm, welcoming, and professional environment that inspires patient trust and healing.

Qualifications

Preferred Experience

• Efficiency using electronic health records
• Clinical practice experience is preferred
• In depth knowledge of Anatomy of muscles
