Elements Massage Edgewater, founded by a massage therapist, seeks skilled therapists in a supportive, therapist-centered environment where you can focus on helping clients feel their best. Earn $55-$65 per hour including gratuities with full-time and part-time opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Active state Massage Therapy license (or in the process of obtaining one).
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic massage techniques and/or assisted stretch methods.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Commitment to cleanliness, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customized sessions using techniques such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Prenatal Massage, and Assisted Stretch Therapy.
• Create personalized treatment plans based on each client’s goals and wellness needs.
• Educate clients on stretching, self-care, mobility, and the benefits of regular therapeutic bodywork.
• Maintain accurate SOAP notes and track client progress.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment.
• Continue expanding your skills through ongoing education and training.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and client care.
