Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Massage Therapy License is required.
• Ability to perform all massage services and treatments.
• Basic computer literacy and numeric skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and service members in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide individualized massage sessions that meet clients' needs.
• Develop and maintain personalized client relationships.
• Educate clients on LifeSpa and Salon products and treatments.
• Maintain appearance and cleanliness of LifeSpa and Salon areas.
• Act as an expert in muscle analysis and maintenance regimens.
• Promote and upsell massage services to encourage repeat business.
• Stay updated on certifications and industry trends.
