Spavia Day Spa Overland Park is hiring Massage Therapists to join a luxury spa team. Earn $52-$62 per 60-minute massage, with up to $80 for extended 80–100 minute treatments, plus bonuses and retail opportunities. Full-time and part-time roles with a schedule that supports a balanced lifestyle.

Qualifications

Minimum 500 hours of massage therapy education.
MBLEx or qualifying national massage therapy examination.
Current CPR and First Aid certification.
Current City of Overland Park Massage Therapist License or eligibility to obtain one.
Ability to meet applicable City licensing, fingerprinting, and background requirements.

Responsibilities

Provide personalized massage experiences based on guest needs and wellness goals.
Deliver Swedish, Deep Tissue, Salt Stone, Prenatal, and customized massages.
Recommend enhancements (cupping, CBD) based on wellness goals.
Educate guests about wellness options and memberships.
Maintain a clean and organized treatment room.
Complete SOAP notes.
Build relationships with guests.
Collaborate with a supportive spa team.
