Isleworth Golf & Country Club in Windermere, FL, seeks a highly skilled Massage Therapist to provide exceptional therapy services to our private club members and guests.

You will deliver Relaxation/Swedish, deep tissue, lymphatic, reflexology, and other treatments in a tranquil spa setting within a world-class facility.

Qualifications

• Requires current and valid Florida Massage Therapy license and compliance with state/local regulations.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional massage therapy experience.
• Strong knowledge of massage techniques including Relaxation/Swedish, deep tissue, soft cupping, hot stone, reflexology, lymphatic massages.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to create a relaxing environment for members.
• Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality massage therapy services (Relaxation/Swedish, deep tissue, soft cupping, hot stone, lymphatic, reflexology).
• Prepare and maintain treatment room before and after each appointment to ensure a relaxing, professional environment.
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
• Deliver personalized care to members, ensuring comfort and satisfaction during sessions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of massage techniques and integrate them as needed.
• Uphold professionalism and confidentiality with members and guests.
• Follow all state/local regulations governing massage therapy practices.
• Maintain professional appearance, hygiene, and conduct suitable for a luxury private club.
• Adhere to Isleworth Spa policies, procedures, safety standards, and service expectations.

Position Overview

This individual will provide exceptional massage therapy services to our members, ensuring a therapeutic and rejuvenating experience. As a key member of our spa team, the Massage Therapist will contribute to create a welcoming atmosphere and deliver personalized treatments to help our members recover and produce tangible results.
(1099) Commission based position.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality massage therapy services, including but not limited to Relaxation/Swedish, deep tissue, soft cupping, hot stone, lymphatic, and reflexology massages.
• Create a relaxing, comfortable, and professional environment for every member and guest by properly preparing and maintaining the treatment room before and after each appointment.
• Assess the needs of each client and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
• Deliver personalized care to members, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during each session.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of various massage techniques and incorporate them into treatments as needed.
