Elements Massage in Swampscott is seeking licensed massage therapists to deliver professional massage sessions in a therapist-focused studio. We invest in your growth with customized training and strong support, including on-site leadership and ongoing CEU opportunities.

Qualified candidates have completed a massage therapy program and currently hold or are pursuing a state license or certification. Enjoy a collaborative environment, paid CEUs, and benefits as part of our team.

Qualifications

• Must have completed massage therapist program.
• Must hold or be in the process of obtaining a license or certification.
• Must be fully licensed/certified to perform Massage Therapy prior to performing sessions at the studio.
• We welcome students and therapists with a wide variety of experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide massage therapy sessions as a licensed practitioner.
• Participate in ongoing training with our Massage Therapist Educator.
• Support therapist self-care and professional development.
• Contribute to a positive, therapist-focused studio environment.
