Entrada Wellness Center, part of Troon, is seeking a Massage Therapist in a fast-paced hospitality-focused setting in St. George, UT. You will perform various massage modalities and ensure client satisfaction while upholding safety and professional standards.

Applicants should hold a valid state massage therapist license and have 3–6 months of related experience. The role includes comprehensive benefits as part of an established wellness program within Troon’s global portfolio.

Qualifications

• Certificate from college, technical school or accredited facility; and three to six months related experience and/or training.
• Current State Massage Therapist license and CPR/First Aid certifications are required.
• English language ability may be required to communicate with clients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Greets visitors to the salon in a prompt, courteous manner.
• Administers client health history and release forms for new clients.
• Evaluates client health history for contraindications.
• Discusses client needs and past massage experience before service.
• Performs massages (Swedish, Deep tissue, Sports, Therapeutic, Reflexology, Shiatsu).
• Explains massage techniques and limits; cannot diagnose.
• Maintains professional service-oriented demeanor and safe work practices.
• Arrives on time and performs other duties as required.

Education

We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. General Purpose:
Performs massage therapy on clients utilizing various modalities and assures the enjoyment and satisfaction of salon patrons

• Greets visitors to the salon in a prompt, courteous manner.
• Administers client’s health history and release forms to all new clients.
• Evaluates client’s health history by asking pertinent questions to become aware if contraindications exist.
• Discusses client’s needs, expectations and past experience with massage prior to performing the service.
• Performs various types of massages on clients utilizing different modalities including but not limited to: Swedish, Deep tissue, Sports, Therapeutic, Reflexology and Shiatsu.
• Provides educated explanation of massage techniques used or referral to a physician) while noting that a massage therapist can not prescribe or diagnose a client’s condition.
• Maintains professional service-oriented demeanor.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Education/Experience:

• Certificate from college, technical school or accredited facility; and three to six months related experience and/or training

Physical Demands:

• Frequently uses hands, reaches with hands and arms, talks, hears, stands and walks. Occasionally sits, climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crouches, crawls, tastes or smells. Occasionally lifts up to 25 pounds
• Occasionally works in hot, wet or humid conditions (non-weather). Noise level is moderate.

Certificates/Licenses:

• Current State Massage Therapist license and other creditable certificates, CPR and First Aid Certificatio

• Ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the job (e.g. the associates may be required to communicate with English speaking customers or co-workers, the manuals for the equipment the associates may use are in English).
