TradeWinds Resort in St. Pete Beach is seeking a professional, dependable Part-Time Licensed Massage Therapist to join the spa team. You will provide Swedish and deep-tissue massage, assess guest needs, and maintain high standards of service in a relaxing environment.

The ideal candidate holds a FL license, completed an accredited program, and values client confidentiality and professional boundaries. Flexible schedules including weekends and evenings are required; state-of-the-art spa

Competenze

• Current state Massage Therapy license in good standing is required.
• Completion of an accredited massage therapy program is required.
• Knowledge of Swedish and deep-tissue massage techniques is needed.
• Certifications or experience in hot stone, prenatal, sports, or aromatherapy massage are preferred.

We are seeking a professional, dependable, and guest-focused Part-Time Licensed Massage Therapist to join the spa team at TradeWinds Resort. The ideal candidate is passionate about wellness and dedicated to providing exceptional massage services that promote relaxation, rejuvenation, and overall well-being. Through expertise, attention to detail, and personalized care, you will create a calming and memorable experience for every guest while upholding TradeWinds Resort’s reputation exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional massage services according to spa standards and treatment protocols.
• Consult with guests to understand their needs, preferences, and areas of concern.
• Maintain accurate guest notes and treatment documentation when required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, customer-service, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain guest confidentiality and professional boundaries.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical requirements of massagetherapy.
• Availability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidaysas needed.

For Employees Based in Colorado:

• 8 paid holidays per year; employees working in the City of Denver receive 64 hours of designated holiday time per calendar year
• Up to 20 days of paid vacation per year, based on classification and length of service
• 6 days or 48 hours of Paid Sick Leave per year, accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked.

For Employees Based in California:

• 8 paid holidays per year
• Up to 20 days of paid vacation per year, based on classification and length of service, capped at 1.5x annual accrual rate; non-supervisory employees working in the City of Los Angeles accrue up to 22 days of Compensated Time Off, based on length of service capped at 192 hours of combined PST and CTO.
• Paid Sick Time accrues at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked, unused time is carried over from one anniversary year to the next up to a maximum of 80 hours; employees working in the City of Los Angeles are provided 40 hours of Paid Sick Time annually on their anniversary, unused time is not carried over from one anniversary year to the next.

Please note that certain benefits described above for associates in Washington, Colorado, and California may vary for associates covered by a Collective Bargaining Agreement ("CBA").
