Elements Massage Ridgefield is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist to join a therapist-focused environment with supportive leadership. The studio offers paid CEUs, in-house training, and paid liability insurance, along with a focus on therapist well-being and career growth.

Starting pay ranges from $55–$65/hour plus tips, with additional pay for add-ons and no-show late-cancel pay. A comprehensive benefits package includes PTO, commuter reimbursement, and insurance options.
