Job summary

Westside Well is seeking a Massage Therapist to join our Rhode Island team. Compensation is commission-based and increases yearly. Staff typically earn $54–$70 per hour for standard massage plus tips, with up to $88 per hour for medical massage with SOAP notes.

Job Description

This is the job you want.

Pay is commission based, and increases yearly. Our staff earns $54 to $70 for an hour massage (depending on experience level), plus tips. Staff are paid more, up to $88, for an hour medical massage with SOAP notes.

Must be available for at least three shifts per week, long enough for at least three one-hour massages.

Please provide 2 previous job references (doesn't have to be massage, but please no personal friend references).

Ideal Candidate

Ideal workers are skilled, professional, outgoing, and passionate about therapeutic bodywork. We specifically seek therapists experienced and talented at myofascial bodywork and deep tissue massage. Interest and a willingness to train in myofascial or structural bodywork is acceptable too.

We sometimes do short sessions; some people book frequent short sessions to better resolve their complaints. We need our therapists to be comfortable doing effective short sessions - even just 15 minutes.
