Job summary

Elements Massage seeks qualified massage therapists to join our Phoenix studios. We offer a supportive environment with therapist-focused leadership, dates, and equipment, including paid CEUs and full-time benefits.

Full-time MTs earn $60-80k annually with tips, plus benefits like liability insurance, PTO, and 401K match. We provide booking support, ongoing training, and a focus on therapist self-care.

Qualifications

• Must have completed (or in the process of completing) a Massage Therapist program.
• Must hold or be in the process of obtaining a license or certification.
• Must be fully licensed/certified to perform Massage Therapy prior to performing sessions at the studio.
