Qualifications

• Current Texas Massage Therapist License in good standing.

Job Requirements

• Current Texas Massage Therapist License in good standing.
• Completion of an approved massage therapy education program.
• Knowledge of Therapeutic and Medical Massage, Swedish, deep-tissue, or other massage techniques.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Ability to assess client needs and modify techniques appropriately.
• Ability to stand and perform massage services for extended periods.
• Ability to maintain accurate and professional documentation.
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Previous massage therapy experience is preferred but may not be required

Additional Qualifications are a Plus:

• Experience with therapeutic or medical massage.
• Experience working with clients experiencing chronic pain or musculoskeletal discomfort.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
• Experience working with veterans or insurance-based clients is a plus
