Job summary

HealthFitness is seeking a licensed Massage Therapist for our new corporate client site in Omaha, NE. You will provide professional massage services to employees and guests, helping them relax and improve well-being in a workplace setting.

You will perform multiple modalities, including chair massage, and work as part of a wellness team. This role requires Nebraska licensure, CPR/First Aid, and at least 2 years of massage experience.

Qualifications

• Nebraska Massage Therapy License required.
• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications required.
• 2+ years of massage therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with sports massage techniques is a plus.

In this role, you'll help employees relax, recharge, and support their overall well-being through professional massage services in a workplace setting.Be part of an exciting new wellness program and make a positive impact on employee health.Schedule: based on appointments scheduledResponsible for administering professional massage services to a wide variety of members and guests.Key AccountabilitiesPerform numerous massage modalities and adjust delivery mode to address the needs of each customer.General understanding of body treatments and be willing and able to learn the products and services provided.Therapist must be willing and capable to deliver on site chair massage in a corporate setting (incidental travel, set-up and tear down) in addition to a spa like environment within a fitness center.Must function as an active member of an integrated health and wellness team and support department wide events and strategies.Minimum RequirementsMassage Therapy License for the state of Nebraska required.Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date.2+ years of massage therapy experience required.Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.Experience in sports massage techniques.Good communication skills; listening and verbal.Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test.
