Job summary

St. Croix Hospice is seeking a compassionate Massage Therapist to deliver therapeutic touch and relief to patients during end-of-life care.

You will work under Clinical Supervisor/Manager direction, follow the plan of care, and document sessions to support quality of life. Requirements include graduation from an accredited Massage Therapy program, a current license, a valid driver's license, and the ability to complete background checks.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Massage Therapy program.
• Current Massage Therapist License or Bodywork Therapist License in practicing state.
• Valid State Driver’s License and automobile in good working order.
• Ability to pass background, consumer report, and drug test.
• Maintains HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provides massage therapy per Clinical Supervisor/Manager direction following the plan of care.
• Administers therapeutic interventions (Swedish Massage, Comfort Touch, Energy work) to alleviate symptoms.
• Observes and reports patient responses and condition changes to clinical staff.
• Maintains documentation in patient records within 24–48 hours of sessions.
• Educates clinical team on treatment appropriateness and contraindications.
