Job summary

PENZONE is seeking licensed Massage Therapists to join its spa team. The role combines creating a luxurious guest experience with delivering outcomes-based massage treatments, including deep tissue work and kinesio taping, in a high-end setting.

We value guest well-being, professional development through ongoing education, and a pathway to Master Massage Therapist through internal training and external sources. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid license from the Ohio State Medical Board.
• Excellent communication skills with guests.
• Maintain cleanliness according to State Board requirements.
• A flexible schedule is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outcome-based massages including deep tissue and related modalities.
• Contribute to a luxurious spa retreat experience for guests.
• Engage in ongoing training with in-house staff and industry sources to advance skills.
