Job summary

The Woodhouse Day Spa in Hoboken, NJ is hiring full-time and part-time Massage Therapists to provide exceptional massages and body treatments and to uphold Woodhouse standards in a luxury environment.

New Jersey license required; weekly schedule includes at least one weekend day; compensation ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 per year plus benefits and ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Perform exceptional massages and body treatments following award-winning protocols.
• Fully prepare each treatment according to established service criteria.
• Educate guests on the benefits of services performed and recommend products for home care.
• Promote additional services and enhancement treatments.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality treatments (up to 7–8 per day).
• Maintain treatment rooms and common areas to Woodhouse brand standards.
• Continue developing skills through ongoing education and training.
