Elements Massage is hiring licensed massage therapists at the Hillsboro studio in Oregon. The role covers both full-time and part-time positions, with evening and weekend hours to fit your schedule.

Expect a supportive environment, structured onboarding, and on-site leadership to help you thrive. Responsibilities include delivering personalized sessions (60/90/120 minutes), documenting SOAP notes, and developing treatment plans with clients.

Compensation & Benefits - What we offer

Full-time therapists earn $45K – $80K/year (includes tips), plus:

The Role - What You'll Do

• Provide personalized therapeutic massage sessions (60, 90, and 120 minutes)

• Proficiency in Swedish and other therapeutic massage techniques


• Strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills
