Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional massage and body treatments according to Woodhouse protocols and standards.
• Customize each experience based on guest needs and wellness goals.
• Create an atmosphere of relaxation, comfort, professionalism, and genuine care.
• Educate guests on treatment benefits and recommend enhancements and home-care products.
• Support guest retention through thoughtful service and rebooking recommendations.
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms per cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Maintain accurate guest notes and follow safety protocols.
• Collaborate with concierge, leadership, and provider teams for a seamless luxury experience.
• Participate in ongoing education and development through The Woodhouse Way.

What We're Looking For

• Holds a current Georgia Massage Therapy License

• Provides consistent, high-quality treatments while maintaining professional boundaries and standards
• Is comfortable performing multiple services throughout a busy spa day
• Understands that an exceptional guest experience includes treatment quality, education, rebooking, and personalized recommendations
• Is dependable, punctual, professional, and team-oriented
• Is open to coaching, continued education, and developing their skills
• Thrives in a polished, luxury spa environment
• Is available during high-demand periods, including evenings and weekends
