Institute for Orthopedics & Chiropratic is hiring a part-time Massage Therapist to provide orthopedic massage sessions during weekdays with possible Saturday mornings. You will use trigger point therapy, cross fiber friction, fascial release, neuromuscular and deep tissue techniques, and document SOAP notes.

Job Summary

• Provide high quality orthopedic massage therapy sessions using trigger point therapy, cross fiber friction technique, fascial release, neuromuscular therapy, deep tissue/sports massage technique
• SOAP note documentation
• Maintain stock and supplies in rooms
• Administer (ACT) well wave treatments when needed

Responsibilities

• Trigger point, myofascial release, cross fiber friction, neuromuscular therapy, deep tissue/sports technique, craniosacral, lymph system massage,
• Provide massage therapy working with other professional providers at IOC, including chiropractic and physical therapy.
• Complete and maintain EHR in a professional manner
• Maintain massage therapy treatment room

Qualifications

• Certified in massage therapy. Graduate from an accredited massage therapy school/program.
• Ability to work in a busy, fast paced professional setting
• Open to working at multiple locations a plus
• Friendly, outgoing and professional personality with the desire to work with the public
