Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Massage Therapist for LifeSpa and Salon to provide massage therapies that complement fitness programs and enhance the guest’s wellness experience within a premium club setting.

You will greet members professionally, tailor sessions to individual needs, educate clients on LifeSpa and Salon services, promote repeat massage sessions, and maintain a clean, welcoming spa environment while collaborating with LifeSpa staff to ensure a superb guest experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Massage Therapy License.
• Ability to perform all types of massage therapy services and treatments.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, and proportions.
• Knowledge of basic PC operating.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach and lift and move up to 50 pounds.

• Remains current on certifications and new trends in the industry

They work to build relationships with other departments in the club and educate on benefits of massage therapy. They are responsible to designing sessions around guests specific needs and suggest massage schedules for recurring sessions. They work with the entire LifeSpa and Salon team to provide a superior experience in a professional atmosphere.

Position Requirements
