We are seeking Licensed Massage Therapists for full‑time, part‑time, or weekend‑only roles. Offer the modalities you love!

How Our Commission Works

In Massachusetts, Massage Therapists must be paid as employees and automatically receive paid accrued sick time through the company as well as Paid Family Leave Benefits through the State of Massachusetts.

Our therapists are paid by a commission percentage on total treatment & member prices before any discounts.

Compensation & Benefits

Commission‑based pay on full treatment prices & membership prices (before discounts). W‑2 Employment.

Hourly pay for optional hourly work if desired.

Paid Sick Time & Massachusetts Paid Family Leave Benefits.

Option for full‑time Health Insurance + HSA at 30 hours.

Schedule Options

• Full‑Time: 30+ hours/week
• Part‑Time: 12–29 hours/week
• Weekend Only: 6‑8 hour shift & Substitute positions
• Flexible scheduling with the ability to add your own breaks

Company Closed Time & Built In Vacation

• We close for 4 days in August
• We close for 3 days for Thanksgiving
• We close for 4 days for a December Holiday Season
• We close for 3 days for the 4th of July
• We close early and open late for New Years Eve & New Years Day
• Always have your Birthday, Anniversary & a floating day off
