Responsibilities

• Assist with benefit utilization verifications, waivers, and pre-authorizations.
• Participate in denial and appeal process under supervision.
• Assist with cancellation audits and reporting accuracy.
• Support management on provider liquidated damages and recoupment tasks.
• Review utilization and billing trends and report findings.
