Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Mass Tort Litigation Attorney in Saint Petersburg, FL. The attorney will manage complex litigation tasks, including drafting pleadings, managing discovery, and supporting trial preparation.

This role requires JD and active U.S. bar admission, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, mentoring others as needed.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited U.S. law school and active bar admission.
• Experience with complex litigation is preferred but not required at minimum.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and substantive motions.
• Ensure compliance with case management and scheduling orders.
• Monitor and implement developments in MDL/coordinated proceedings.
• Provide direction to paralegals and case managers on litigation tasks.
• Identify and develop liability and damages proof.
• Assess and recommend appropriate venue and jurisdiction for filing.
• Support settlement and resolution efforts.
