Labcorp is seeking an Associate Chemist to join our Mass Spec team in Burlington, NC. You will review and certify LC/MS data, perform qualitative analyses, and maintain analytical instruments.

Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant science with at least 2 years of clinical laboratory testing experience. This position offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Chemical or Biological science, Clinical Laboratory Science or Medical Technology.
  • 2 years or more of clinical laboratory testing experience OR an MLS degree.
  • 3 months or more of clinical laboratory testing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Review and certify LC/MS data from instruments.
  • Perform routine and complex technical procedures according to SOPs.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses on samples.
  • Maintain, calibrate, and clean instrumentation.
