Job summary

Central Rock Gym is seeking a Group Exercise Instructor to deliver high-quality group fitness classes that align with CRG standards and foster an inclusive member experience. The role involves managing class environments, preparing the studio, and maintaining equipment before, during, and after sessions.

You will collaborate with management to schedule classes, assist with bookings, and promote programs across CRG channels.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of teaching experience.
• 200-hour certification from an accredited school/training program.
• Knowledge of relevant fitness advancements and teaching practices.
• Friendly, approachable, and member-focused demeanor.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Climbing-specific knowledge is helpful but not required.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
• Acts as a supportive team member, helping instructors maintain consistent class offerings through dependable sub coverage.
