Job summary

Thriveworks, a clinician-led mental health care company, seeks licensed clinicians pursuing MA licensure to provide telehealth and in-person sessions from Leominster, MA. The role offers a ramp stipend for clinicians with 30+ hours weekly availability.

Qualifications

• Must be seeking independent licensure and living in Massachusetts.
• Must reside within 45 minutes of the office location.
• Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program.
• Graduate or Post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety is required.
• Confident working with telehealth and EHR tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to clients via telehealth and in-office sessions.
• Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing with 25+ sessions weekly.
• Work a hybrid model (50% in office, 50% remote) after probation.
