Vision Government Solutions, Inc. is seeking a qualified Ohio Project Manager to oversee the mass appraisal process, train junior staff, and maintain client relationships. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in appraisal and project management, and experience with CAMA systems. Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of Appraisal and/or Project Management experience required.
• State certifications in Appraisal and/or Project Management are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Manage all facets of the mass appraisal process for reappraisal projects.
• Provide review and feedback on property database updates.
• Develop valuation parameters for valuation modeling.
• Interact with taxpayers during informal hearings.
• Train junior staff members.
• Maintain positive relations with clients and stakeholders.

Kenntnisse

Appraisal and/or Project Management experience

Experience in CAMA or similar Appraisal systems
