Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial services and investment products is a plus.
• Excellent client service and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to develop and execute consultative sales strategies.

Responsibilities

• Grow new Mass Affluent client relationships with investable assets from $50,000 and up to $2M.
• Lead holistic financial wellness discussions and develop comprehensive financial plans.
• Coordinate investment product delivery with Branch staff and cross-sell banking services.
• Meet sales production and referral goals through referrals and new client acquisition.
• Collaborate with Branch personnel to identify investment referrals and opportunities.
