Job summary

KeyCorp seeks an Associate Private Client Advisor to support Private Client Advisors serving Mass Affluent clients. You’ll collaborate with Branch Managers, Centers of Influence, and staff to deliver holistic financial solutions and grow client relationships.

The role emphasizes in-branch service, needs-based investment guidance, and referrals, with a path to develop cross-sell opportunities and year-over-year revenue growth within KeyBank standards.

Qualifications

• Required: High school diploma or equivalent; preferred Bachelor's degree.
• FINRA SIE, S7, S66/S63 & S65 licenses upon hire are listed in the posting.
• Experience in financial services or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with a Private Client Advisor to coordinate investment product delivery for Mass Affluent clients.
• Be an active member of the Branch team and participate in in-person Branch Huddles and Debriefs.
• Provide in-person client services in a branch environment and identify investment referral opportunities.
• Develop understanding of investment solutions to support cross-selling with banking products.
• Use a consultative sales process to offer needs-based financial solutions and drive referrals.
• Help attain sales production and referral goals by working the book of business and closing referrals.
• Grow year-over-year revenue by partnering with the Private Client Advisor.
• Develop Center of Influence strategy through Retail Bank partnerships.
